Christmas Eve

24 Dec

Hi, everyone!

I’ve been gone for quite a while, but I was enjoying a long needed break.

I’m done with my fall semester of my senior year in college. Crazy! Right? I only have winter session and spring semester to go, and I’m done (for now)!

Well…

It’s Christmas Eve today! My heart feels happy and my tummy is excited 🙂

Our family celebrates the birth of Christ today. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Christ is the greatest gift of all, and I hope that you all remember what today REALLY means. Sure the presents and delicious food make today more enjoyable, but today we celebrate the greatest present that was given to humanity.

I hope you all enjoy today and tomorrow with your favorite people 🙂

I bought my Christmas Eve outfit at Nordstroms Rack. Here’s what I’ll be wearing today:

It’s never really winter in Southern California, but I love being able to wear furry coats and dark colors.

Over the Thanksgiving break, I got some great deals at Forever 21Target, and T.J. Maxx. I really love each of the items I picked up. The best part is everything I got was under $40!

Let me know what your favorite winter clothing item or accessory is in the comment section below 🙂

It’s the Little Things

27 Sep

It’s common for people to overlook the small details in just about everything. When decorating your bedroom, it’s the little things that count. Try to add meaningful pieces that take you back to a memory or simply make you smile.

I am a lover of all things vintage and shabby chic. My space is very feminine and soft.

Here are a few of my favorite “little things” I use to decorate my bedroom. I hope they inspire you to make use of those little things you’ve held on to for so many years. Click on the image below to view the slideshow! Enjoy 🙂
